Here is a quick update with the latest happenings at 146 Hodge! Preparation is underway to finish the 3 car garage from the inside and out. On the exterior, the new cedar roof is almost complete and the wire lath is being installed to apply the new stucco. On the inside, the new concrete floor will be poured and the interior framing is complete in the garage apartment… so the hvac and plumbing contractors can begin their work shortly.
At the main house… all the utility and underground work is complete except for the new gas line which PSE&G is working on as we speak! The new cedar roof is being installed and the sunroom on the back of the house is being ripped down to make way for the new addition. All of the windows on the house will be completely restored so they operate smoothly. And last, but not least, all the scrap metal was separated into different piles and sent to recycling.
