We have a small confession to make! We love the action behind the scenes, especially the important things that happen when renovating but often go unnoticed. So in today’s video we are literally coming to you from down in the trenches. Trenches that have conduit with TV and telephone cable, trenches with underground drains for leaders, and trenches for sewer, gas and water. It’s trench mania! This is the stuff you almost never get to see, but make everything work smoothly and make a property even more beautiful by eliminating ugly overhead wires. We also get to take a peek for the first time at the garage apartment behind the main house. It will have two bedrooms, one bath and a lovely kitchen that opens up into the family/living room.
