There’s been a lot of action in the last week at 146 Hodge! The new addition is underway, service entry into the basement is being created, refurbishing of the windows, reinforcement of the tower, electrical work in the garage, first coat of stucco on the garage, the list goes on and on. A few interesting discoveries were made as well. As is often the case with old homes not everything is always what it seems. Lew discovered that some creative building had occurred and that little additions had been added on over the years without proper foundations. Needless to say they have been doing a lot of foundation work! We hope you enjoy the update and we’ll see you soon! Sig & Syl
