The Princeton real estate market remained active last week, with 9 new listings, 2 homes going under contract, and 6 properties closing.
While new inventory provided buyers with additional options, demand remained steady. The two homes that went under contract averaged more than $2.2 million and spent an average of 17 days on the market, while homes that closed sold for an average of 106% of list price.
