Happy March!!! We are headed into an exciting month when spring officially begins, daylight savings starts, and a ton of properties are introduced. In fact, March is historically the second busiest month for new listings in Princeton. Before we look ahead, let’s take a moment to reflect on the Princeton residential real estate market activity thus far. While February was a bit quieter compared to last year with 3 less units sold, 4 less units listed, and the ASP down a mere -$11,134, YTD Princeton is still trending ahead of 2015.
So what will March bring? Well, so far March has brought beautiful weather and a constant buzz of activity. I am super curious to see what the next few weeks will bring and we look forward to sharing the results in my next newsletter.
