Good Eats!

Are top quality restaurants an important part of your search criteria when looking for a new place to call home? If the answer is a resounding “YES” then Princeton is the place for you! Princeton has been on a winning streak when it comes to excellent dining with the recent opening of Agicola on Witherspoon Street. It’s in the former home of Lahiere’s, which was practically a Princeton institution for the past 91 years. Agricola is the brain child of Jim Nawn, who along with chef and business partner Josh Thomsen have created an absolutely stunning restaurant. Mr. Thomsen has quite the pedigree having trained under The French Laundry’s Thomas Keller in California and Michael Mina in Las Vegas. Much of the produce comes from Mr. Nawns 112 acre farm just outside Princeton and they are committed to sourcing only the very best local ingredients. Deciding what to order is the hardest part! We have never been disappointed and the quality and care that goes into each dish is top notch. All this along with an extensive wine list, yummy desserts and an atmosphere anyone would be happy to hang out in makes for one fantastic dining experience. If you are planning on coming to Princeton be sure to phone ahead for a reservation! Enjoy! Sig & Syl
