Last week in Princeton, 1 new listing came to market, 6 homes went under contract, and 9 properties closed.
While new inventory was limited, buyer activity remained steady. The six homes that went under contract averaged nearly $1.8 million, while homes that closed averaged more than $2 million and sold for an average of 100.7% of their original list price.
