Last week, the Princeton market saw its highest number of new listings in a single week so far this year, with 11 properties coming to market, including 3 in Coming Soon status.

Four homes went under contract with an average list price of $1,412,500. Four properties also closed after an average of 16 days on market, with an average sale price of $852,500 and a median sale price of $902,500. Properties closed at an average of 5.3% over asking price.

While weekly activity can fluctuate, the increase in new listings suggests inventory is beginning to build, giving buyers more options and making pricing strategy increasingly important for sellers.
