Last Week the Princeton market saw its highest number of new listings in a single week so far this year, with 7 properties coming to market. Three homes went under contract at an average list price of $2,396,667, including one property listed above $3M. There were no closings recorded during the week.
While weekly activity can fluctuate, the increase in new listings is a welcome development as the market moves further into the spring market.
