We love a good restaurant and Boro doesn’t disappoint! It has a NYC vibe with a beautiful bar, intimate dining room, delicious modern cuisine, solid wine list, and oodles of craft cocktails to choose from. For owners Katie and Ben Sanford their restaurant and market are a shinning reflection of their commitment to detail, quality ingredients (many sourced locally), and an inviting atmosphere.
Chef, Jason Santillo, (previously at The Union League in Philadelphia) is creative with a flair for delicious dishes and beautiful presentation. Fan favorites include tortelloni with butter poached lobster and the braised short ribs. There are vegetarian and vegan options as well and the menu changes seasonally.
The market is a great place to go for coffee and a pastry or for delicious lunch. And we would be remiss if we didn’t mention that they make their own bread and its REALLY GOOD!
