Last week, 12 new listings came to market in Princeton. Notably, 4 of these were new construction homes by Toll Brothers off Terhune Road.
Eight properties went under contract at an average list price of $1,622,000. While the reported average days on market was 77, half of these homes went under contract in 7 days or less.
Five properties closed during the week at an average sale price of $1,040,700 and a median of $1,200,000. All five transactions closed above their asking price, averaging 101.5 % of list price, and with an average of just 24 days on market.
Taken together, last week’s activity reflects a market where demand remains steady, particularly for homes that are priced and presented thoughtfully.
