Last week in Princeton, 4 new listings came to market. Under-contract activity saw two properties move at an average list price of $892,000. Closings were particularly strong, with two properties selling at an average price of $1,560,000 and at an average of 112.7% of their list price. Market velocity increased significantly, with homes averaging just 9 days on market which was a sharp contrast to 105 days last week, and 20 and 23 days the weeks prior.
