The numbers are in and it’s not all bad. The good news is: in Princeton Borough and Princeton Township 226 homes sold in 2010 vs 217 in 2009 (+4%) . There is a little bad news if you are selling, but good news if you’re buying: the average sale price for homes in Princeton Township and Princeton Borough dropped from $919,748 in 2009 to $883,583 in 2010 (-4%).
