As we begin the second quarter of 2010, we thought we would take a moment and reflect on the past three month’s residential sales activity in Princeton Borough and Princeton Township. In the first three months of 2010, 31 units sold and 42 units went under contract vs 28 units sold and 32 units under contract of the first three months of 2009. The average sale price for Q1 was $735,041 vs $793,393* or -7%. How does Q1 compare to 2008, 2007, 2006 and so on? How will Q2 measure up?
